You could pretty much repeat yesterday's blog for today. They really are not liking sunshine. First sailing, four rods, fourteen bass landed, six killed
All off the top. A great session.

2nd sailing, 4 rods, just a few splashes off the top. 3 schoolies and feathers were deployed to honour BBQ intentions.

We did have a 3rd sailing today. A friend was involved with an event called "Mackerel mayhem" at the west pier sailing club. Basically a cook fest, with £3 pints. They had 100 guests, with 90 mackerel ordered. Top ups between my vessel with 2 X 1.5 hour trips, and some kayaks and other floating things... Happily it went well and another 40 mackerel were sent, all caught on heavily pruned feather rigs
6 more non anglers looking to return, which really is a victory in this modern world.

Finally, clouds have arrived
I am excited to see what tomorrow's 1000 sailing brings... I suspect good things.
