Brighton Inshore Fishing - Catch report 19th August 2025

Another day where a stiff wind stays in the NE, allowing fishing tight under the cliffs, for the first few hours of daylight, before swinging out to the E and SE and making waves and rolling swells. Challenging fishing for Loz, Liam and Dean, returning, and Rad, first time. But fish were there. Dean doing particularly well. A total of seven fish landed in the three hours, with everyone being a table fish. Strangely satisfying for me, coz I love super hard fishing, but I wish Neptune would give my clients a break!!
