Brighton Inshore Fishing - Catch report 21st May 2025

Tiny tides, constant rain, and winds way over forecast, all conspired to create a pretty miserable first sailing, endured by regulars Dan, Richard, David and Kevin. If it was fish filled, it wouldnt be a problem. It was info filled, as in, I can confirm the sandeels have all moved. But very few bass with them. I noticed a very busy beach, but I would guess not the same frantic fishing as a week ago from there, as the seagulls had already retired and were napping on the beach at 0530. Our own results, just 5 small bass from the full range of my venues. It can and will, only get better. Rest of the day cancelled as its just not worth the money today.
