Brighton Inshore Fishing - Catch report 23rd August 2026

Two sailings today, with a forecast South easterly wind robbing the 3rd. A morning of lots of mackerel around. Six bass landed on the first sailing, with 2 killed for the table.

Just one killed from 2 bass landed on the 2nd, again with supporting mackerel. Hard times on tiny tides. Looking like Wednesday before we sail again...
