Brighton Inshore Fishing...Catch report 7th August 2026

I would really like to say that on the occasion of my 58th birthday, I took my guys across 3 sailings and we smashed it

However, that would be a lie. Bright sun, clear seas,.hot water and a mass of baitfish, mean we continue to find stacks of fish, and hook hardly any.

1st sailing - 5 bass

2nd sailing - 4 bass

3rd sailing - 4 bass

And a smattering of mackerel...
