Out with Mark and Damo, more for air and a poke around than any great expectations. The usual anxiety, as its again been almost two weeks since I last sailed. We bagged a cod on that sailing, so I suppose at the back of my mind was some expectation. We didnt manage to get one though... so, kind of busted expectation...

What we did do though, was establish that there still is some fun to be had. I think this is not the time of year to get hardcore, but if you fancy to breathe air, and still get your string pulled, some of our reef fishes will almost always be up to entertain. Whiting, pouting, wrasse, bass and Gurnards to be precise. And a great way to blow away the cobwebs of the festive times...
