Sadly just the one sailing today, as the once dreamy forecast turned into something more akin to a typical bank holiday Monday. One advantage of an early start, as mornings often start calm, this being one of them, which gradually deteriorated until we were fairly bouncing by the end of the session.
On board with me, Max, Mitch, Garry and James, all BIF1 veterans, and thats why we managed nine bass before the session closed. No monsters, but just enough action to keep it interesting. And the fish in places they were not yesterday, as yesterdays catching spots were all devoid. Such is the nature of fishing.
Not seeing much in the way of settled weather this coming week. Anyone who wanted river sessions, it is a good week to ask for it.
