Just the one, rather soggy sailing today. Dean returning, Scott new to BIF1. Off to the rocks. Or so I thought. However, a large flock of seagulls determined the fishing for the next two hours. Normally, the bait fish these birds were feeding on trickle along on the tide, until they are no longer in my zone. But today they didnt want to move. We enjoyed two hours, and twenty three fish. Food fish among them, but neither my guys nor me were taking. For the final hour, I called a big fish hunt, Damo's fish from yesterday still haunting me. But the rocks were amazingly empty, and the tally at end of session, remained at 23.
